The course “Business Management”, operating on the basis of the Faculty of International Business, teaches students to organize, carry out state registration, liquidate and manage global and local corporate structures and small businesses, regardless of ownership forms. Qualified practitioners how to apply strategies, prevent risks, identify the characteristics of various business organizations and the reasons that lead to their success.

At the same time, students of this field will be able to learn how to attract investments, communicate with partners, determine the importance of innovations for business, risks and risks associated with business, be able to plan financial activities of enterprises, manage assets of an enterprise, manage cash, flows and manage expenses. Students are taught the skills of optimizing and maximizing profits, managing financial risks, analyzing business problems and making clear conclusions based on real company cases.
